Eto’o: “The African teams are ready to win”

MILAN – Inter and Cameroon striker Samuel Eto’o believes the African teams can shine at the upcoming 2010 World Cup in South Africa.
"The African teams are ready to win the World Cup. I hope the world is ready to accept it," he told the Cameroon Tribune newspaper. "I’m confident, I know we will fight."
For Cameroon captain Eto’o, the World Cup gives "the opportunity to show the world that there is more to Africa than just diseases."
