Appiano: Stankovic was back on the pitch

APPIANO GENTILE – There were three working groups during the team’s first training session as they looked ahead to Cesena v Inter, scheduled for Sunday 18 December. Training took place at different times and with a variety of programmes at the Centro Sportivo Angelo Moratti. The first group was made up of Nerazzurri who were involved in personalised recovery programmes: Jonathan, Andrea Ranocchia and Wesley Sneijder. Emiliano Viviano, however trained along with the other goalkeepers on the pitch. In the second group players who had played a large part in the league match against Genoa last night, worked on regeneration, in the pool, too. In the third group the other players who were available trained for about 60 minutes on the pitch: technical warm-up, ball-possession and follow-up drills and then a training match. Maicon was in the third group and both Diego Forlan and Dejan Stankovic were involved in part of it.
