MILAN - (Football Data) Seventy goals in 2008/09 (the same as AC Milan), 75 in 2009/10, 69 this year – for the third season running Inter have the most prolific attack in Serie A. No side had done that for 26 years, since the period between 1980/81 and 1984/85, when Juventus finished as Serie A’s top scorers for five seasons in a row, netting 46, 48, 49, 57 and 48 goals.

MILAN – The result ended at 3-1 between Inter and Fiorentina in the Week 36
Serie A match of the 2010/11 season.
A crossbar and a great performance from Julio Cesar prevented Mihajlovic’s men
from pulling in front in the first half. Inter took advantage through Pazzini
who, after three chances, opened the scoring in the 25th minute.
Three minutes later Cambiasso doubled the lead and the Nerazzurri ended the
half up by two goals to nil. After the restart Gilardino cut Inter’s lead in
half (74), but shortly afterwards (77) Coutinho curled in a free kick – his
first goal in Serie A – to add the third goal.

MILAN – (By Football Data) Currently in his second year in Italy, Wesley Sneijder today scored his fourth league goal of the 2010/11 campaign, thus equalling his haul from last year – his first with the Nerazzurri.
Last season the Dutchman had scored his four goals by January; this time round he only started scoring in February. Sneijder’s best ever league goals total in a single season remains the 18 goals he netted in 30 appearances in 2006/07, while playing for Ajax in the Eredivisie.
